Back on the Road with Shawn McDonald
It's time to get back on the road. My band has spent the last couple of months in the studio working on our next studio release which is sounding KILLER (I'm a little biased, but I think you'll like it). So it's been nice to be home and do regular 'home" things... however, the coffers are empty and it's time to get back out on the road and sell some t-shirts!
And we're hitting it pretty hard... In the next 37 days we've got 27 shows (and 4 of those "off" days are GMA Week) from Florida to Washington State, Montana to California, and many stops in between. We're supporting an artist named Shawn McDonald and will be joined by a good friend of ours, Jason Gray. Along with drumming, I will be road managing the tour, so it's going to be a busy next few weeks for me. I will do my best to blog consistently, but if I disappear for a few days, you know what the deal is - it's called self preservation! I'd love it if you came by one of the shows and said hi though... Or just sign up to follow me on Twitter and keep tabs of me that way. Thanks - time to get back to work!

Hey Jeremy! I caught your show in Redmond, WA. this past Wed. night(which was awesome, BTW) & it was great getting to talk w/ you & the band afterwards. It meant a lot to me that you guys were really interested in how my family was doing with my husband being in Iraq. It's really amazing that you take the time to visit with your fans after your shows, so few do that anymore - you guys are one of the nicest bands I've met. Good luck on the rest of the tour!

Why did you guys cancel the Southern CA part of the tour. I was really looking forward to seeing you again. :(

I so wish UT was one of your tour stops. Maybe sometime again. I do have a friend going to the show in Montana. :) Is it Christian to feel a little jealous? ;)
Hope all goes well. I will say a prayer for your tour now.
God's blessings,
Melanie
P.S. O.K. I have to say it... Rock Stars can't live on bologna sandwiches. ;)

Jeremy,
Do you have any ideas about a release date for the new album? Not specifically an exact date, but perhaps a certain month or by a certain time of the year?

I was thrilled to see you are doing two shows within driving distance of me. I think I'm coming with a couple friends to the Camarillo, CA show, but we might hit the one the night before.
Now, can I convience you guys to do "Calmer of the Stome" just once for me in concert? Please?

We'll be seeing you in Redmond, WA. I'm trying to recruit a group to make the trek. And Bryan is considering running with you RR guys, too!

I'm noticing a distinct lack of Michigan shows. What's up with that? I'd ask you if you had something against states surrounded by water, but you've got some gigs in Florida. Maybe I'll be able to catch you at Life Fest across the pond. You guys rock my socks! Hopefully, I'll see y'all play this year.
